- Be enrolled in a business or business-related degree or certificate. This includes fields such as:
- Accounting
- Business
- Management
- Marketing
- Be an Arizona resident with established in-state residency (per MCCCD policy)
- Demonstrate financial need by submitting the FAFSA
- Meet and maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP):
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Complete at least 67% of attempted credits
- Finish program within 150% of the credit hours required
- Not have previously earned a degree from another institution
- Be enrolled in:
- At least 2 business classes per semester if full-time, or
- At least 1 business class per semester if part-time

- Be enrolled at SCC as either:
- part-time (6–11 credits) or
- full-time (12+ credits) student

- Must be a current Arizona resident with established in-state residency per Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD)
- Meet a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Complete the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need

- The AIP Maricopa Grant is open to students pursuing degrees or certificates that are financial aid eligible
- Students currently receiving a Maricopa Grant as part of their financial aid package are not eligible for the AIP Maricopa Grant

This scholarship is available to fund access to equipment, technology or devices beyond a reasonable accommodation the college provides in order to maximize a student's success in SCC's Hospitality and Tourism Management program.

The Helen A. Frantz Memorial Scholarship is given in memory of Helen A. Frantz. Helen was a beautiful, soft-spoken woman of substance. She was well-traveled, well read, and always valued her education and the opportunities it afforded her. Her compassion for others and her desire to help those less fortunate than her achieve their educational goals is the reason that the Helen A. Frantz Memorial Scholarship was established.

The Jennifer A. Quinn Nursing Scholarship will be awarded to deserving students who meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled at Scottsdale Community College (SCC)
- An academic plan of AAS Advanced Nursing; AAS Nursing; or, CCL Practical nursing
- Student must be enrolled in Block #3 of the SCC Nursing Program for Fall 2026
- A college cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 or higher
- A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at SCC
- Financial need as determined by completion of the FAFSA
- Preference is given to first generation college student
Lilly's Dreamers Scholarship
The qualifications for this scholarship are as follows: enrolled at a Maricopa Community College, minimum 3.0 GPA, enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours. Preference will be given to high school graduates from the Mesa Unified School District. Preference given to DACA or Dreamer students.

The Piper Scholars Scholarship will be awarded to deserving students who meet the following criteria:
- High school senior graduating from one of the Scottsdale Unified School District high schools - May 2026
- Minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 or higher
- Enrolled at Scottsdale Community College in Fall 2026
- Enrolled in a minimum of twelve (12) credits (100 level and above courses) per semester
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA each semester and complete a minimum of twelve (12) credits per semester to remain eligible for continued scholarship funding
- Submit two letters of recommendation (i.e. from teachers, advisors, counselors, etc.) which address academic and community service participation
